Ultimate Early Game Build for Coridden

Coridden offers a unique and immersive gameplay experience, especially if you harness the diversity of abilities it provides. While melee combat can stand out, neglecting ranged attacks can significantly hinder your progress. Therefore, an optimal build focused on ranged mechanics is essential to overcome both formidable bosses and hostile creatures efficiently.

In the early stages of the game, however, your approach will need to differ. Players often lack the equipment necessary to make ranged attacks effective, even after dedicating attribute points to bolster them. Consequently, it is advisable to prioritize healing and melee upgrades. As you progress and acquire more advanced bows and projectiles, you can reallocate your attributes toward a ranged-focused build.

Optimal Early Game Build in Coridden

Attributes in Coridden

To start, allocate your attribute points wisely: consider assigning 40% to Battery, 30% to Power, 20% to Fragmentation, and 10% to Stability. Focusing on enhancing Elemental abilities early on may not yield substantial benefits, whereas investing in Battery will enhance your energy bar, allowing for prolonged combos and reducing downtime between attacks.

Power will amplify your physical melee damage, while Fragmentation enhances the effectiveness of ranged attacks. In the early game, prioritize Power, but as you advance, it’s wise to gradually shift focus toward Fragmentation. Eventually, Power will become less critical in your build.

Your character can embody three distinct classes. Both the Devotee and Conductor serve as excellent choices for your initial class. The Devotee specializes in healing and summons companion fighters, while the Conductor utilizes electricity-infused skills and also provides healing abilities.

Devotee Skill Tree Coridden

If you opt for the Devotee, prioritize maxing out the Healing Zone skill early, followed by Conjure Scaptor. The Healing Zone is invaluable for enduring boss battles or large-scale creature encounters, as it regenerates health and enables melee attacks without the constant threat of defeat.

Conversely, for those who choose the Conductor class, the initial focus should be on upgrading Electron Heal. This electric attack targets nearby enemies, inflicting damage while concurrently healing you.

Electrified Arrows is another noteworthy skill in the Conductor’s tree. This passive ability infuses your arrows with electricity, and once it is sufficiently upgraded, you can begin to invest in Elemental attributes for enhanced damage. Combining this with an increase in Fragmentation will markedly amplify your ranged capabilities as you progress.

Conductor Skill Tree Coridden

Each creature in Coridden features its own skill tree, giving you freedom over your upgrade choices. Among these, Ramox stands out due to its impressive speed and powerful melee abilities. For anyone using Ramox, you should absolutely consider unlocking Flame Paws, which enhances melee attacks with an infusion of heat lasting up to ten seconds, greatly increasing damage potential.

A powerful synergy exists between your human form and creature form skills. By activating Healing Zone in human form and then switching to Ramox with Flame Paws, you create a formidable force that remains resilient while inflicting devastating damage.

Additional beneficial skills you might consider for Ramox include Thorns and Frenzy. Thorns temporarily boosts armor, while Frenzy enhances both outgoing and incoming damage for a specified duration. When used together while inside a Healing Zone, these abilities can turn Ramox into a near-invincible combatant.

It’s also important to note that if you choose the Feral Brute for Ramox’s secondary skill tree, you gain access to an effective healing ability known as Fortify, which can be seamlessly integrated with your other skills to further enhance your survivability.
