Begin by opening the game on your mobile device.
Ensure that you have progressed past Battle Stage 1-6 and completed a brief story quest involving a possessed parakeet; this usually takes about 30 minutes of gameplay.
After you see notifications that the gacha and events tabs have become accessible, follow these instructions:

Tap the Events tab located in the upper right corner of the main screen.
