To secure the majestic Lovestorm Turtle during the Lovetides 2 event in Fisch, you’ll need to act swiftly and contend with other eager players. This remarkable creature, known for its striking purple hue, is a highly sought-after catch, and only one can appear on a server at a time.
Locating the Lovestorm Turtle in Fisch
While many event fish are found within designated special areas, the Lovestorm Turtle requires a different approach. It is not located in the Lovetides 2 event zone, which can be accessed via the portal in Moosewood.
To find the Lovestorm Turtle, you must wait for a “Supercharged Lovestorm” Hunt to trigger on your server. This event paves the way for the turtle’s appearance.
Once the hunt begins, deploy one of your boats and venture into the ocean. Look for the distinctive purple and black Turtle, which can be spotted circling in an area characterized by thunder and lightning.
By utilizing your Fish Radar, you can identify the precise location where the Turtle is swimming; it will be marked as the Supercharged Lovestorm area. Within this zone, not only can you catch regular ocean fish, but you’ll also have the chance to snag limited event fish alongside the coveted Lovestorm Turtle itself.
Once a player successfully catches the Turtle, a notification will appear at the top of the screen, and the storm will subside. Typically, you may also witness the triumphant player pulling the enormous turtle from the water—it’s quite the spectacle!
To maximize your chances of landing the Lovestorm Turtle, it is advisable to use a high-level or endgame fishing rod. However, luck can always play a significant role; you never know who might reel it in! Engaging in Supercharged Lovestorms is also an excellent way to enhance your event Bestiary, as the odds of capturing limited fish in the designated event area can be relatively low.
The Lovestorm Turtle isn’t the only special catch available during the Lovetides 2 event. For players interested in enhancing their collection further, we also provide insights on locating a giant Rose Bouquet.
