Trump Media and Technology Group Enhances Patriot Subscription Package

In line with its established practice of communicating product updates through press releases, Trump Media and Technology Group (NASDAQ: DJT) has recently announced significant enhancements to its Patriot subscription package. This service supports the Truth Social platform, the Truth+ streaming service, as well as future Truth Social-branded ETFs and SMAs under the Truth. Fi brand.

New Features for Subscribers

Subscribers accessing the Patriot package, priced at $9.99 per month, will benefit from several new features. These include:

The ability to edit posts, referred to as “Truths, ”on the platform.
Access to draft Truths across multiple connected devices.
Conversion of rewards earned from platform engagement into Cronos (CRO) coins, facilitated through Crypto.com’s digital wallet.

Cronos Coin’s Elevated Role

Trump Media and Technology Group has also announced that the Cronos (CRO) coin will serve a new role as a utility token across its various services. To facilitate this transition, the company intends to acquire $105 million in CRO tokens. In a reciprocal agreement, Crypto.com will invest $55 million in Trump Media shares.

Strategic Partnership for Growth

Furthermore, Trump Media has entered a partnership with Yorkville Acquisition Corp.and Crypto.com to establish a $6.4 billion digital asset treasury firm focused on CRO coins, known as Trump Media Group CRO Strategy. This entity will launch with an impressive $1 billion in CRO coins—approximately 19% of the coin’s overall market capitalization—along with $200 million in cash and $220 million in mandatory exercise warrants, plus a $5 billion line of equity from Yorkville affiliate YA II PN, Ltd.

AI Integration and Future Developments

The enhanced Patriot package also features advanced Truth Search AI, which will incorporate historical conversation data to improve user experience. Trump Media previously revealed in July its commitment to integrating AI into the Truth Social platform, aiming to create a comprehensive “Truth Social ecosphere”that provides reliable information and alternative news sources without the influence of mainstream narratives.

Financial Update

It’s important to note that Trump Media and Technology Group reported only $821, 000 in revenue during Q1 2025 while incurring significant losses totaling $30 million during the same period.
