1) Haikyuu

Haikyuu is a beloved manga series featuring main characters Hinata Shoyo and Kageyama Tobio. The duo faces off during a junior high volleyball tournament, where Kageyama’s team prevails over Hinata’s. Their incredible transformation from being fierce competitors to becoming the ultimate setter-striker duo propelling Karasuno to the Nationals, has captured the hearts of many worldwide. Jungkook has expressed his admiration for Haikyuu during several episodes of Run BTS!, BTS’s variety show.
2) Jujutsu Kaisen

Yuji enrolls at Tokyo Metropolitan Jujutsu Technical High School, known as Jujutsu High, to prevent Sukuna’s resurgence and the chaos he would unleash. BTS’ Jungkook referred to Jujutsu Kaisen as one of his favorite anime at the launch event for his debut solo album, GOLDEN, in November 2023.

For those unfamiliar, BTS’ renowned track “Attack On Bangtan”drew inspiration from the anime, Attack on Titan. The series is a favored choice among all BTS members and comes highly recommended.
In related news, BTS’ Jungkook is currently serving in the South Korean military, having enlisted alongside his bandmate Jimin on December 12, 2023. They are expected to return in June 2025 to continue their group activities. Furthermore, Jungkook’s documentary film, I AM STILL, debuted globally in theaters on September 18, 2024.
