Although the sequel in 2023 did not meet high expectations, the original 2015 version remains a spectacular experience. From the early stages of development to managing a bustling city, this game is capable of consuming all of your free time.
Even after a decade, its mods, community contributions, and extensive DLCs deliver vast amounts of new content.
8 World of Warcraft
Thousands of Hours and Counting
After two decades and over 10, 000 hours of gameplay, World of Warcraft continues to be an integral part of my gaming life.
This MMORPG has constantly evolved, incorporating quality-of-life enhancements and adopting elements from the ARPG genre over the years.
The latest expansion, The War Within, may not be without flaws, yet it tantalizes players with numerous activities, including mount collecting, transmog costume quests, challenging raids, and Mythic+ dungeons.
With player housing on the horizon, many of us are eager to spend another 20 years immersed in the world of Azeroth, or, like me, relish revisiting the classic WoW experience.
7 Diablo II
Still the Best
As one of Blizzard’s classics, Diablo II remains a benchmark in gaming, even after the release of two sequels, including the recent Diablo IV.

Arguably the Superior MMORPG
As someone who usually bypasses the story to rush to the endgame in MMORPGs, I was surprised to find Final Fantasy XIV offers remarkable storytelling that captivates even the most impatient players.
Square Enix has done an admirable job rejuvenating the game post its troubled launch, creating an expansive world rich in narratives worth exploring, along with enhancements that facilitate experimentation with different jobs.
4 Monster Hunter World

Monster Hunter World was my entry into the franchise. After countless hours, I realized how much I had neglected this captivating genre.
Focusing on the hunt, this title excels in providing an immersive experience that combines preparation and thrilling encounters with massive monsters.
The balance between researching and battling is masterfully executed, preserving the impact of the action without becoming monotonous. I’m eagerly anticipating Monster Hunter Wilds.

While completing the game can exceed 100 hours, its engaging gameplay makes multiple playthroughs just as enjoyable, allowing players to uncover different storylines.
