The character Raidou, our endearing Devil Summoner, has the capability to equip up to three active skills at any moment and six passive ones. Upon completing a Case File, this passive slot increases to eight. However, selecting the right skill set is crucial, as not every skill aligns with individual playstyles.
With RAIDOU Remastered placing a significant emphasis on the need for effective demon utilization—players have the option to field two demons in combat—strategies evolve to maximize damage through exploiting enemy weaknesses. Maintaining a robust MAG reserve and equipping appropriate skills is essential for achieving this objective.

10 Resist Elements

Let’s kick things off by discussing four important Sword Skills: Resist Phys, Resist Fire/Elec, Resist Ice/Force, and Resist Mind/Death. While this might initially seem favorable, it falls short in real combat scenarios.
For instance, against a boss utilizing fire attacks, you may find Resist Fire/Elec advantageous. However, should that same boss also employ Wind-based offenses, you may find yourself forced to change your passive or forge another weapon. Crafting robust weapons can be resource-intensive, leading to situations where you’re stuck with a skill that doesn’t suit the current enemy.
Theoretically effective, the situational nature of these skills often relegates them to lower priority in your loadout.
9 MAG Drainer

6 Capricious Miracle

Nevertheless, amidst the fray—where managing MAG while executing swift sword strikes is my constant challenge—any available RNG that could yield advantages is tremendously helpful, even if it ends up merely serving as a placebo.
5 Shield Breaker
