If you’ve been keeping up with gaming news, you might have heard that the legendary Birdman has returned, bringing along a new installment in the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater (THPS) series. This latest release gives a fresh gloss to the already beloved memories of THPS3 and THPS4, though calling it entirely new might be a stretch for many fans.
What can be confirmed is that this game is quite enjoyable and packs a significant challenge. Players will find themselves tackling objectives in each level that can often feel cryptic and frustrating, requiring quick reflexes and strategic thinking as you navigate a limited two-minute playtime.
A prime example of this challenge is the task of delivering Peter his Thermos in the Canada map. While this quest isn’t overly complicated, understanding how to accomplish it is key. Let’s break down the steps you need to follow to successfully complete this objective.
Where To Find Peter’s Thermos
Upon entering the stage, proceed straight ahead and veer down to the right towards the parking area adjacent to the main skate park. Here, you’ll encounter a character perched on a fence. While he doesn’t play a role in your mission, he serves as a great landmark.Located on the trunk of the car closest to him is Peter’s Thermos.
Simply skate up to the car, and your character will automatically collect the item. The real challenge begins after this, as you now have to deliver the Thermos back to Peter, who is situated far across the map.
Be cautious: should you fall while carrying the Thermos, it will spill, and you’ll need to return to the parking area to retrieve another one. Therefore, maintaining balance is essential for success.
Delivering the Thermos to Peter
Transporting the Thermos to Peter can prove to be a bit tricky, especially since any fall will reset your progress. However, there is a reliable route that will help you reach your destination.
Start by skating back up the path leading to your spawn point. This will bring you to a ramp that elevates you onto the wooden walkways nestled among the trees. After making the first Ollie, follow that with another Ollie to navigate over the gap.
At the fork in the path, take the right route.Make sure to Ollie and grind down the nearby log, which will lead you toward the end of the trail where a small shack and a quarter pipe are located. You’ll also notice a character standing on the shack, gazing out at the frozen scenery.
Utilize the quarter pipe to gain air and land near him, and this will automatically transfer the Thermos to Peter, marking the completion of this task. It truly becomes simpler once you grasp the steps involved!
