After nearly a year of negotiations, Tom Sandoval and his former partner Ariana Madix have come to a resolution regarding the sale of their shared home. The reality TV star shared this development during the episode of his podcast, Everybody Loves Tom, which aired on Wednesday, October 23, 2024. He stated:
“The house is going on the market. [We are] preparing to sell.”
This announcement follows a legal dispute that began when Ariana Madix filed a lawsuit against Sandoval about nine months prior, alleging he was refusing to list their mutual residence in Valley Village. The couple had lived in this property throughout their relationship, but issues arose after their breakup in March 2023. Sandoval previously sought full ownership of the home, to which Madix expressed her opposition against any “division in kind.”
According to reports, Sandoval and Madix acquired the property in 2019 for $2 million, six years into their relationship. Even post-breakup, they reportedly continued living together in the same house. As of June 2024, US Weekly indicated that they must resolve their issues through private mediation; otherwise, the matter may go to trial by February 2026.
With the conflict between them now resolved, Sandoval disclosed his progress in his new relationship. He revealed plans to cohabitate with his girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson. During his podcast, he announced:
“Victoria and I are moving in together.”
Sandoval and Robinson began their romantic relationship in early 2024, maintaining a platonic friendship for years prior. They decided to pursue a romantic connection, which Sandoval described as “awesome”on the Billie & the Kid podcast back in February 2024.
Victoria Lee Robinson supports Tom Sandoval’s decision to sell his former home
Victoria Lee Robinson joined Tom Sandoval on a recent episode of Everybody Loves Tom, where she expressed her thoughts on his decision to put the house previously owned with Ariana Madix up for sale. Robinson told him:
“I’m proud of you too…because it’s not just about moving in with me. You should separate from the past. It will help you move on and it’s just healthy.”
The model humorously mentioned her reluctance to move into the house that Sandoval shared with Madix, stating:
“I’m also never gonna move into that house if you want a future with me.”
Regarding their decision to move in together, Robinson had shared her feelings with Us Weekly on October 16, noting that their relationship is “pretty serious.”
Meanwhile, Ariana Madix has embraced her independence, having recently purchased a new residence separate from her ex-boyfriend. In March, she acquired a $1.6 million home in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles.
Madix celebrated her new living space at the Los Angeles Times’ Festival of Books, mention of the property had remained private among a select few. She also shared that she had “christened it with rosé”along with her friend Dayna Kathan.
