In the aftermath of Carmine Falcone’s death, the family appoints his son Alberto as the head. However, after Alberto disrespects Oswald by outlining his ambitious plans to overhaul the drug business, Cobblepot retaliates by killing him and attempting to conceal his body. This leads to his encounter with Victor Aguilar, whom he takes under his wing as his new enforcer after spotting him trying to steal parts from his vehicle.

The episode also introduces Sofia Falcone, who suspects Oswald’s involvement in Alberto’s disappearance and begins searching for him. Simultaneously, Cobblepot interacts with Sal Maroni in prison, revealing Alberto’s plans, only for Maroni to dismiss him until he presents the Falcone family ring, leaving Maroni taken aback.

Sofia ultimately confronts Cobblepot and attempts to torture him for information, but he lies, claiming loyalty to the Falcone family. This tense moment climaxes when a car crashes at the Falcone estate with Alberto’s body inside, traumatizing Sofia.

It is later disclosed that the crash was a premeditated plan by Cobblepot and Victor, leading to the episode’s conclusion where Oswald sets his sights on the incoming drug shipment.
