This announcement, made by Amorepacific Corporation on September 27, revealed Jin as the new face of its beauty and skincare brand, making him the first male ambassador for LANEIGE.
On October 1, 2024, LANEIGE unveiled a video featuring Jin, where he highlighted the benefits of the Cream Skin Toner and Moisturizer. Introducing himself as Worldwide Handsome Jin, he demonstrated how to achieve JIN-US (genius) cream skin using the brand’s innovative two-in-one product.
Fans took to social media, expressing their admiration for the singer’s visuals in the latest campaign and showing immense support. The trending phrases included “THE JINIUS OF CREAM WeIN”on X.

As per a report from Star News on October 2, the Cream Skin Toner and Moisturizer claimed the No. 1 sales position across all demographics, including teens, 20s, 30s, 40s, and senior citizens.
On September 27, LANEIGE revealed its vision for the skincare campaign.
“BTS Jin’s healthy confidence and bright energy have had a positive impact on many people around the world, and we believe this aligns perfectly with our brand values,” the brand stated.
The Awake singer also expressed his excitement about joining the LANEIGE campaign.

In other news, following his military service discharge, Jin has launched a solo variety show titled Run Jin. The latest episode featured popular South Korean comedian and singer Ji Seok-jin, who shares the same name as the BTS member and is known to be his friend. Episode 8, starring the comedian, is titled Find Jin and was released on Tuesday, October 1, on the YouTube channel BANGTAN TV.
