DioField Chronicle has an interesting summoning feature that uses a mechanic called TP. This gauge can be filled to use devastating summons to your advantage in combat. So here’s how to fill up the TP gauge in The DioField Chronicle.
How to use the TP gauge in The DioField Chronicles
In order to fill up the TP gauge in The DioField Chronicle, you must defeat enemies and loot Blue Jade Fragments, which can sometimes drop after killing them. By collecting these fragments, they will partially fill the TP scale.
There are three stages of the TP scale in this scale, indicated by circles – you can earn three TP in total. Once the gauge is full once, one of the inner circles will light up, which means one TP can now be used. You can then fill this gauge two more times to light two other circles for a maximum of three TP.
Once the stage becomes available, you can use Magilumic Orb to summon a creature at the cost of losing your TP. At the beginning of the game, you will have a familiar creature named Bahamut. When you have one gauge full, you can summon Bahamut to deal massive damage to your enemies.
However, as you progress through the game, you will earn more Magilum Orbs with different TP requirements. Some will require you to have two TPs to complete before use, while others may require all three.
You have to decide whether to fill the TP bar to the maximum and use the Magilumic Orb, which requires three TP. Or use multiple teleportation spheres in multiple battles in a row. It’s a simplified mechanic, but with a lot of depth and strategy.
