The Challenge: Battle of the Eras debuted on October 9 on MTV, marking the 40th season of this iconic reality series. Contestants from four decades returned to compete for a place in the finale, divided into four distinct groups.

After seven gripping episodes, a total of 18 contestants have been eliminated from The Challenge 40. The list of eliminated competitors includes Leroy Garrett, Amanda Garcia, Mark Long, Katie Cooley, Paulie Calafiore, Nurys Mateo, Brandon Nelson, KellyAnne Judd, Tony Raines, Jodi Weatherton, Horacio Gutiérrez, Aneesa Ferreira, Chris “CT”Tamburello, Emily Schromm, Brad Fiorenza, Jonna Mannion, Darrell Taylor, and Tina Barta.

18 Eliminations So Far in The Challenge: Battle of the Eras

Episode 2: Leroy Garrett, Amanda Garcia, Mark Long, Katie Cooley, Paulie Calafiore, Nurys Mateo, Brandon Nelson, and KellyAnne Judd

In Episode 2 of The Challenge 40, eight contestants were eliminated. Leroy and Amanda lost the “Balls In”challenge to Nia and Tony, respectively. During the “Pole Wrestle”challenge, Mark fell short against Derrick, while Aneesa defeated Katie.

Paulie and Nurys were unable to overcome Theo and Olivia in the intense “Hall Brawl”challenge. Lastly, in the “Take Shelter”challenge, KellyAnne and Brandon lost to Cara Maria and Ryan.

Episode 3: Tony Raines and Jodi Weatherton

In Episode 3, Tom and Avery from Era III triumphed in the “Gladieater”challenge. The winners selected two contestants for the elimination round: Darrell and Jodi. Ultimately, both Tony and Jodi were eliminated following their loss in the “Pick It Up”arena game.

Episode 4: Horace Gutierrez and Aneesa Ferreira

In Episode 4, Laurel and Bananas, the champions of the challenge, chose Derrick and Aneesa for the Arena game. They faced Jenny and Horacio in the “Pick It Up”elimination. Jenny and Derrick secured victory, leading to the elimination of Horacio and Aneesa.

Episode 5: Chris “CT”Tamburello and Emily Schromm

In Episode 5, the challenge winners Olivia and Kyland matched Nehemiah and Emily against CT and Tina. Unfortunately, CT was unable to complete the demanding task of removing 100 nails before Tina led Emily to elimination.

Episode 6: Brad Fiorenza and Jonna Mannion

At the beginning of Episode 6, Era IV’s Josh and Jenny secured their place in the competition after winning the Cloud Catcher contest. They chose Cory and Jonna to compete against Brad and Rachel in the “To the Point”arena game. Cory and Rachel crossed the finish line first, sending Brad and Jonna home.

Episode 7: Darrell Taylor and Tina Barta

In the latest episode, Darrell and Tina were selected by winners Nia and Jordan. They were eliminated during “Boxster-phobia”after losing to Kyland and Michele, bringing the total number of eliminated contestants to 18 in The Challenge: Battle of the Eras.
