Demi Lovato’s latest wax sculpture features her dressed in a white sheer shirt paired with a blue plaid mini skirt, reflecting her style during her photoshoot with Alternative Press magazine. As per Madame Tussauds’ blog, this outfit was generously donated by the Heart Attack hitmaker herself.
The museum’s blog also detailed that artists captured over 250 measurements and photographs of the singer to achieve astonishing accuracy in replicating her features. The figure took over six months to craft in London.
Lovato expressed her excitement upon seeing the wax sculpture. Commenting on its lifelike quality, she shared:
“The first time I saw my wax figure, it was a healing moment for me. I’ve struggled with body dysmorphia, and seeing myself in 3D was a powerful experience. It’s something I’ll always treasure.”
This is not the first time the former Disney actress has been immortalized at Madame Tussauds. The museum’s Hollywood location introduced her first figure back in 2015.
Gabriel Hewitt, General Manager at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas, emphasized in a press release:
“Demi Lovato is a global sensation, captivating audiences with her incredible voice, remarkable talent, and her unwavering commitment to mental health advocacy. It’s an honor to celebrate her in our Las Vegas attraction.”
