Recently, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles made a significant entrance into the Call of Duty franchise, showcasing what crossover events can achieve. For approximately $20, players can unlock Operator skins representing each of the Turtles, alongside various Weapon Blueprints and cosmetic enhancements inspired by the beloved series.
This new addition included a special Event Pass, split into paid and free tracks. Players participating in the free track can access two Foot Clan skins, a skateboard melee weapon, and additional TMNT-themed cosmetics. Meanwhile, the premium track rewards players with a Master Splinter Operator skin, a unique finisher for Splinter, and an impressive array of five Weapon Blueprints.
In addition, a selection of TMNT-themed game modes has been introduced, such as the “TMNT Moshpit”for multiplayer and “Cowabunga Cranked, ”a frenetic countdown mode in Black Ops 6 Zombies, offering players special superhero abilities themed after each Turtle.

A Video Game Based on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin is in Development
In an exciting announcement from August 2023, THQ Nordic revealed a video game adaptation of the critically acclaimed comic miniseries, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin. This series, which chronicles the journey of the last surviving Turtle seeking vengeance, was published between October 2020 and April 2022.
Although the game was only recently announced and is expected to be a high-profile AAA title, it is unlikely that fans will get to play it within the current year. However, a trailer may very well debut by the end of 2025, offering followers a glimpse into this highly anticipated adaptation.
