In the initial episodes of *Teacup*, the eerie saga unfolds as the Chenoweth family is beset by horror upon the return of their youngest son, Arlo, from the woods. The first episode kicks off with a woman fleeing through the forest, her body drenched in blood.

Maggie Chenoweth, a veterinarian, is thrown into a state of panic when Arlo goes missing. He later reappears, speaking in a strange language and showing signs of possession. Following his return, the family’s technology fails, animals act unpredictably, and a foreboding sense of danger envelops them.

In episode 2, Arlo reveals disturbing details about a woman he encountered in the woods, stating she transferred her spirit to him before being brutally killed by a wild dog.
