“This was our first appointment where we caught a glimpse of our baby and began our journey to parenthood. We were eager to share our pregnancy news, but now we find ourselves sharing something much harder.”

The caption added:

“It shifted from ‘Mom, there’s a heartbeat’ to ‘there is no heartbeat’ within mere weeks. Cam and I are in deep grief. Only time can mend the heartache we feel. We trust that God’s plan is much greater than our own and that baby S is looking down on us from heaven.”
