SyCom Unveils GeForce RTX 5080 Hydro LC Graphics Card Featuring AIO Cooling with Noctua Fans

SyCom, the renowned Japanese system integrator, has introduced an innovative addition to its lineup with the 80-class graphics card, featuring an advanced all-in-one (AIO) cooling solution complemented by high-performance Noctua fans.

Introducing the RTX 5080 Hydro LC: Enhanced Cooling with Noctua Fans

This latest offering from SyCom marks the continuation of its dedication to high-performance custom GPU cooling. After unveiling the Silent Master series which included the 60 and 70-class GeForce RTX 50 GPUs last month, the company has now expanded its portfolio to include the GeForce RTX 5080 Hydro LC. Distinct from its slower counterparts in the RTX 50 series, this card employs a hybrid cooling system that integrates both a PCB cooler and a dedicated AIO cooler. Notably, the SyCom RTX 5070 Ti Hydro LC is also part of this collection.

RTX 5080 Hydro LC Design

The RTX 5080 Hydro LC is equipped with a triple fan cooler connected seamlessly to a 240mm radiator. This cooling system utilizes the renowned Noctua NF-A12x25 ULN fans, which are designed for high airflow. Operating at a constant 1200 RPM, these fans are capable of delivering an impressive 55.7 CFM of airflow. This advanced hybrid cooling method not only enhances heat dissipation efficiency but also considerably contributes to the component’s longevity, albeit at a higher price point compared to conventional GPU cooling solutions.

RTX 5080 Hydro LC Temperature Data

Specifications reveal that the RTX 5080 Hydro LC can sustain a much higher average clock speed than standard RTX 5080 models. According to SyCom, this innovative GPU maintains a steady clock speed of 2, 820 MHz under full load, outpacing the Founders Edition’s boost clock of 2, 620 MHz by about 7%.Additionally, thanks to its efficient cooling, the Hydro LC operates at a remarkably low temperature of just 64.9 degrees Celsius, delivering silent performance while gaming or during intensive workloads.

However, it is important to note that the GeForce RTX 5080 Hydro LC is not available for individual purchase. Similar to other custom RTX 50 series GPUs from SyCom, it can only be acquired as part of a pre-built system. The entry-level system featuring this GPU starts at approximately 440, 240 Yen (equivalent to over $3, 000), including tax. Buyers have the option to select between the latest AMD and Intel platforms, both of which will feature AIO cooling solutions for the CPU and GPU.
