Today, Super Micro Computer announced the start of shipments for its latest high-performance servers, which utilize Intel’s Xeon 6900 series processors featuring Performance cores (P-cores). Features of the New Max-Performance X14 Systems
The latest X14 systems are specifically designed to support Intel’s Xeon 6900 series processors with P-cores. Key features include:

Production Capacity and Future Expansion
Currently, Super Micro is capable of deploying up to 5,000 server racks each month, including an impressive 2,000 liquid-cooled units. This capacity enables the company to fulfill customer orders in weeks, a significant improvement over the industry standard of several months. Additionally, the company is set to expand its operations with plans for a major factory in Malaysia, which will double its monthly production capacity to 10,000 server cabinets.
Ongoing Challenges and Regulatory Scrutiny
Despite these advancements, Super Micro is navigating a series of challenges, including ongoing allegations of accounting irregularities, the abrupt departure of a notable audit firm, and delays in filing critical financial statements. Recently, the Nasdaq exchange granted Super Micro Computer an extension until February 25, 2025, to submit its annual report for FY 2024, along with the financial statements for fiscal Q1 2025. Failure to meet this deadline could lead to the risk of delisting from the exchange.
