Instructions for Changing Master Assist in World Tour Mode

Once players establish a strong bond with a Master, they can summon them for assistance during certain combat scenarios. To do this, ensure one bar of the Super Art Gauge is filled, then briefly press and hold L1 and R1 (PlayStation) or LB and RB (Xbox). The selected Master shown on the screen will join the battle, with the length of assistance determined by the bars consumed.

Many players may wish to alter which Master they summon for assistance. Currently, customization options for Master Assist are limited. Once a player activates the assist option for a Master, they’re added to a random pool. Each time the mechanism is triggered, a new Master will be chosen randomly. Therefore, players cannot select their preferred Master for assistance at this moment. Players can, however, save a specific Master for a particular matchup by waiting until the displayed Master is used before triggering the summoning mechanic.
