Stray Kids’ Bang Chan interacts with fans via Instagram Q/A feature
Stray Kids’ Bang Chan utilized his official Instagram account, @gnabnahc, on March 29, 2024 to engage with a select group of fans (STAYs) via the Question/Answer function. At 26 years old, the idol is renowned for his skills as a rapper, producer, singer, and songwriter.
Since 2015, he has been a prominent figure in the industry and made his debut on March 26, 2018, with Stray Kids’ mini-album, I am Not. He holds multiple roles in the group as the leader, producer, sub-vocalist, and lead dancer. In a recent Question/Answer session, he delighted fans by answering seven of their questions.

The idol debuted his Instagram account on August 2, 2023, and frequently uses the platform to engage with his fans. On March 29, 2024, Stray Kids’ Bang Chan held an Instagram Q&A session where he answered questions from seven fans. He utilized photos from the group’s fourth fan meeting, which took place at KSPO Dome on March 29, 2024, as the backdrop for his responses to fans.
The initial photograph displayed a grandiose exhibit that greeted attendees at the location. The remaining pictures captured various scenes from the Olympic Gymnastics Arena (KSPO DOME), such as its illumination with purple lights, vacant seats, the group’s lightsick, and other notable elements.
Bang Chan, also known as Bang Christopher Chan, responded to the first question from a fan who asked, “How are you doing, Chris?”The singer replied, “I’m doing alright, how about you?”
Another fan then inquired:
“Did it hurt when u fell from heaven?”
Bang Chan responded with a witty remark and stated:
“No, because you caught me right before I fell.”
A fan expressed their dissatisfaction with their maths teacher and requested that the oldest member of the group teach them instead, stating:
“I dont like my math teacher. Can you be my math teacher from now on?”
Reacting to this, the singer responded:
“1+1+1×0+=2”
Meanwhile, a fan expressed their disappointment in not being able to attend the fan meeting and sent well wishes for the idol to have a good time. In reply, the idol exclaimed, “NOOOOOOO.”Another fan then inquired, “Where am I?”and Bang Chan answered, “You’re always on my mind.”
The idol also reassured fans who expressed concern about his eating habits. One STAY inquired, “What did you have for today’s meal?”to which Bang Chan replied, “I sacrificed…for STAY. I will decide what to eat later.”
Afterwards, a concerned fan revealed that they had one remaining triangle kimbap that tasted like tuna mayo. The fan left it for the idol and offered to share it with him. The idol responded by inviting the fan to meet him at the upcoming fan meeting and wrote, “Let’s meet there.”
Bang Chan’s Background and Career
The Korean-Australian singer, known as CB97, is both the leader of Stray Kids and a member of the group’s hip-hop unit, 3RACHA. He collaborates with Han Jisung (J.One) and Seo Changbin (SPEARB) to compose music for the sub-unit. As part of the WeZ-RECORD series, the idol also released a dance cover of 2 PM’s My House and a self-composed track titled I hate to admit.
In addition, he wrote his own solo song, Connected, which was included in the album WeZ-REPLAY.
This year, Stray Kids are scheduled to perform as the main headliners at several music festivals. They have been confirmed to take the stage at Lollapalooza in Chicago (August 1-4), BST Hyde Park (July 14), and I-Days Milano (July 12).
