Although the game doesn’t specify a recommended level for entrance into the Coliseum, we commenced our challenges there upon reaching level 55. It’s advisable to engage in the ranked encounters once your character is at least between levels 55 to 60, and ensure you have unlocked the Prince Archetype for your protagonist.
