“STILL A BULLY!” – Love is Blind Reunion Sees Fans Criticize Hannah for Failing to Own Her Flaws

The highly anticipated reunion for season 7 of Love is Blind, which premiered on October 30, gathered all the couples from the season to share updates and insights. During the event, hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey confronted Hannah Jiles regarding the backlash she received online. In her defense, Hannah articulated that her candid nature could require a gentler approach at times.

“Hannah’s refusal to take responsibility during the reunion shows a complete lack of self-awareness,”noted another user.

“It’s clear that Hannah has the self-awareness of a rock,”added a different commentator.

“Just because Hannah describes herself as having a ‘big personality’ and being ‘direct’ doesn’t justify her rude behavior. Honesty and cruelty are not the same,”wrote another fan.

Fans remarked that despite Hannah’s claims of personal development, she displayed little self-awareness during the reunion.

“While Hannah had plenty of potential for growth, her appearance at the reunion didn’t demonstrate any progress,”one user pointed out.

“Hannah claims she has worked on herself but insists that her only problem lies in her delivery. This neglects the pattern of belittlement and emasculation, which isn’t just ‘being direct.’ Clearly, no lessons were learned,”another user added.

“It’s astonishing to see Hannah on stage reaffirming the harsh comments she directed at Nick. She’s truly the worst,”another commentator reflected.

“Being direct doesn’t grant you permission to be rude, disrespectful, or hurtful, Hannah,”criticized yet another viewer.

Hannah’s Insights from the Love is Blind Season 7 Reunion

During the reunion, host Nick Lachey inquired whether Hannah would reconsider riding a faux duck, referencing her altercation with Nick Dorka in episode 5 of Love is Blind. Fans had criticized her for her reaction to Nick’s playful behavior during that moment.

Hannah firmly stated that she wouldn’t change her stance on the duck incident. Vanessa followed up by asking if she regretted some of her comments, to which Hannah replied:

“I’m straightforward by nature. My approach is blunt, and sometimes my delivery doesn’t translate how I intend.”

She acknowledged that her straightforwardness might come across as abrasive, and she recognized the need to temper her expressions. “I must be cautious with my words and learn to relax sometimes,”she admitted.

Moreover, Hannah acknowledged that Nick’s patience was essential in their relationship, given her strong-willed nature and her claim of self-awareness. When asked to address Nick regarding her treatment of him, she reiterated that while she was “direct,”it could be interpreted as harsh, expressing her efforts to improve over the past year and ultimately apologized to Nick for her past cruelty.

All episodes of Love is Blind are now available for streaming on Netflix.
