When it comes to delightful treats, nothing embodies the essence of being “Prismatic”quite like a rainbow-sprinkled donut. However, crafting this delectable item in Grow a Garden involves combining an array of unique and primarily sweet ingredients.
Interestingly, while the top-tier donuts require some rare components similar to other recipes within the game, players can easily create a Legendary donut with more accessible items. Nevertheless, mastering the donut-making process demands attention to detail.
Crafting Donuts in Grow a Garden
In Grow a Garden, players can create donuts across five different rarities, each requiring specific ingredients. Below is a summary of the donut recipes:

A majority of these recipes feature Sugar Apple, a recently introduced Prismatic rarity seed available at the bottom of the seed shop. Conversely, Sugarglaze can be obtained from Gourmet Seed packs, which players earn as rewards during specific events. To secure these rewards, players should focus on farming lower-tier meals and completing relevant quests first.
The most coveted ingredient, however, is Bone Blossom. This ingredient was released during the Dino event, and currently, the only method to acquire it—if not already in possession—is through trading with fellow players who have added it to their farms.
Once you’ve collected all the necessary ingredients for your donut, head over to the center of your farm plot where Chris P. Bacon’s cooking stall eagerly awaits.
To cook your donut, select each ingredient from your inventory and hold them in your hands. Carefully place them into the cooking pot, ensuring that the items displayed on the sandwich board to your left are correct. If you make an error, you can easily clear the pot by clicking the red button on the board and starting afresh.
Once you have the right combination in the pot, press the cooking button and await your meal’s completion. When it’s done, choose it from your inventory and present it to Chris for a tasting. If it meets his cravings, you will receive additional rewards!
