How to Change Your Appearance in Fantasy Life i
At the outset of Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time, you’re informed that your character’s appearance can be adjusted later in the game. Shortly thereafter, the game prompts you to rename your island if you’re not satisfied with its default name, “Mysteria, ”while promising that changes can be made. Yet, it’s not immediately apparent how and when these alterations can take place.
For those who find themselves wishing to revise their initial decisions, there’s a mix of good and bad news. The positive aspect is that the game is truthful; you can indeed modify every facet of your character’s appearance and rename both your character and island as often as you want. The drawback, however, is that you will need to progress significantly through the game’s story to unlock these features.
Specifically, players must complete the quest titled Place the Sign and Furniture, which is the twelfth quest in Chapter 3. Expect to invest several hours into gameplay before you can freely alter your character and place names.
Once you satisfy this requirement, head to the Guild building located at your Base Camp and speak to Boyle. He will now offer you four options:
