Stellar Blade Patch 1.3.0 Enhancements for PC Players

A newly released patch, version 1.3.0, is now available for Stellar Blade on PC, bringing a suite of enhancements that focus on gameplay optimization and fixes. This update aims to further refine the gaming experience, which originally launched on this platform in June.

Key Features of the Patch

The 1.3.0 patch primarily targets polishing various aspects of the game rather than introducing significant new features. Among the notable improvements are:

  • Photo Mode Enhancements: A new logo control indicator has been added for easier selection within the Photo Mode.
  • Gameplay Fixes: Issues have been resolved, including a glitch that prevented players from exiting the shop after purchasing the Polarized Sunglasses from Clyde’s shop.
  • Cutscene Improvements: An issue where Eve’s hair would not render during the final Elder Naytibe cutscene while wearing the Fluffy Bear or Pink Bear outfits has been corrected.
  • Korean Voice Acting Adjustments: Certain dialogue inconsistencies during a conversation with Clyde in the Great Desert have been addressed.
  • AMD FSR Update: Frame generation now requires a game restart to activate, enhancing the graphics performance for players using compatible systems.
  • Save Timestamp Accuracy: The system has been updated to display the elapsed time based on successful saves, improving user experience.

Success of the PC Release

Having made its debut on PC one year after its initial launch on the PlayStation 5, Stellar Blade has been met with positive reception. The port was executed well, demonstrating compatibility across a range of system configurations without major issues. Following its launch, the developers at Shift Up have actively provided support through various patches, such as patch 1.2.0, which introduced significant enhancements and unlocked a Hard Mode feature without the need to complete the game first.

Where to Play

Stellar Blade is currently available for players on both PC and PlayStation 5 worldwide, promising an engaging action RPG experience.
