‘Sound of Prada’ Event in Seoul: Love in The Big City Cast, ENHYPEN, NCT’s Jaehyun, and More Star-Studded Guest List

The Sound of Prada exhibition took place at Candy Seongsu in Seoul on October 24, 2024, hosted by the renowned fashion house Prada. This stylish event drew attention from notable figures in the Korean entertainment sector, including stars from ENHYPEN, actress Kim Tae-ri, NCT member Jaehyun, cast members of Love in The Big City, and several prominent authors. A highlight of the evening featured a performance by Anderson. Paak, the Grammy-winning artist also known as DJ Pee.Wee.

According to information from the brand’s official website, the Sound of Prada event aims to blend the luxury fashion designer’s creative influences with global musical artistry. Initiated in Paris in 2019, this traveling exhibition has since journeyed to various international cities, including notable iterations in London (2021) and Cannes (2022).

Just a few months prior, in July 2024, Prada hosted its Plural and Parallel event in Seoul, where key brand ambassadors such as ENHYPEN, Twice’s Sana, Jeon Somi, Song Kang, and NCT’s Jaehyun made appearances.

During the October celebration of Sound of Prada, attendees included members of ZEROBASEONE, SHINee’s Taemin, actor Nam Yoon-su from Love in The Big City, and Jin Ho-eun from the show All of Us Are Dead, alongside KISS OF LIFE members Julie and Natty, among many others.

Musical landscapes were masterfully crafted by Anderson. Paak along with Korean DJ Spray and Tokyo’s DJ MAYURASHKA; together they fused various genres to create a sound reflective of contemporary vibes. Anderson. Paak’s performance featured a curated selection of emerging artists, creating a distinctive auditory experience.

Among the celebrities affiliated with Prada are aespa’s Karina, Jeon Somi, ENHYPEN, and Kim Tae-ri, who is renowned for her role in the K-drama Twenty-five Twenty-one. In an exciting development, in June 2024, the boy band ENHYPEN, under HYBE’s Belift Lab, was announced as the luxury brand’s latest ambassador.

In other updates, ENHYPEN is preparing to launch their second studio repackage album titled ROMANCE: UNTOLD -daydream- on November 11, 2024. This upcoming album acts as a sequel to their July 2024 release, ROMANCE: UNTOLD, which impressively sold over 117,000 copies and topped the Top Album Sales chart.

Additionally, the K-drama Love in The Big City, featuring Nam Yoon-su, Jin Ho-eun, and Na Hyun-woo, premiered on TVING and Viki on October 21, 2024. The series comprises eight episodes and has a movie adaptation, also named Love in The Big City, which features Kim Go-eun and Noh Sang-hyun, released in South Korea on October 1, 2024.
