“Sorry to disappoint but still on baby No. 1” – Barbora Krejcikova hilariously shoots down pregnancy prank on April Fool’s Day
On April Fool’s Day, Barbora Krejcikova amusingly replied to a fan’s announcement that she was pregnant.
A person who is passionate about tennis, known as Moonball Enthusiast, posted on X (previously known as Twitter) and jokingly claimed that Krejcikova would be having a baby this year as an April Fool’s Day prank.
Krejcikova noticed this playful prank and quickly refuted the rumor, instead posting a video of her beloved dog, whom she referred to as her “baby number one.”
“Sorry to disappoint but I am still on baby number one,”Krejcikova replied.
Despite providing an update in late February that her back injury had healed, Krejcikova remains absent from the tennis scene due to catching severe flu. This ailment caused her to pull out of the 2024 Qatar Open, and she continues to focus on recovering and returning to the sport.
On March 31, Krejcikova shared another health update on her Instagram story, stating that she had been bedridden for the previous few days and was not permitted to practice.
“Some more news about my condition. Today has been the first full day outside of my bed. I am still not allowed to practice or do anything in higher intensity so I am starting with some easy walks in our nature. I will keep you updated about my progress in next days. Barbora,”Krejcikova wrote.
