Notably, completing this task is much easier at lower speeds, even if it feels somewhat awkward to play below Sonic or Super Sonic Speed. For the later tracks, it’s recommended to prioritize collection over competition, allowing time to backtrack if necessary.
Be mindful that attempting to retry a race using tickets will cause you to lose any collected Red Rings unless you have already acquired all five. Therefore, a practical approach is to gather the rings first, then tackle the entire cup again later.
Donpa Cup
This cup is designed to be the most straightforward. Most Red Rings are visible or conveniently located along shortcuts that open up on Lap 3, making them easy to collect.
E-Stadium
