Sonic Racing Crossworlds: Complete Guide to Joker Persona 5 Festival Rewards

Following two exhilarating festivals in Sonic Racing Crossworlds, the game has enjoyed a brief respite after the Minecraft Steve Festival. Now, players can gear up for the final October celebration featuring none other than Joker from Persona 5.

As a character from SEGA, Joker is available as complimentary DLC with your game update, and, as always, the festival events are free for everyone. This exciting festival runs from October 23, 2025, at 7:00 PM CST until October 26, 2025, at 6:59 PM CST. So, mark your calendars for a weekend full of racing!

Players should definitely participate in this festival, as it offers a plethora of unique cosmetic rewards along with being one of the richest sources of Donpa Tickets in the game. While you must be online to partake, the experience promises to be rewarding and engaging.

This guide will outline the ways to engage in the festival, the various modes available, the exciting rewards on offer, and some effective custom builds for each mode. So, gather your team of confidants, as we’re set to steal some hearts!

How to Participate

For those unfamiliar with festival participation, here’s a brief overview. First, access Online mode and select the festival option from the menu. It’s best enjoyed with a squad of friends.

The festival modes are primarily team-based, granting extra points for each player in your crew. In my experience, teaming up with skilled players makes the challenges much more manageable.

As you earn points throughout the festival, you unlock various rewards through a Battle Pass-like system, which includes tickets, unique decals, a horn, a nametag, and offers character-type boosting gear that improves handling, particularly beneficial for Joker.

The available game modes will rotate every thirty minutes. Expect Tap Boost to commence on the hour, with either Ring Grab or Dash Panel taking over at the half-hour mark. During Tap Boost, players score points by colliding with teammates, while the other modes are fairly straightforward.

When the game notifies you that a Rental Plate is up for grabs, it will automatically switch you to that option. Keep in mind, however, that Rental Plates are generally inferior, so it’s wise to switch to your own custom setup.

The bonus points accumulated through teamwork—whether by tapping teammates, collecting rings, or activating boost panels—can significantly influence match outcomes. While it’s possible to achieve a win based purely on placement, keeping your objectives clear is crucial for consistent victories.

Festival Rewards

Completing each match yields points, with a maximum of approximately 70 points per race. The milestone points correlates to increased rewards, with this round featuring an even more lucrative ticket gain than previous events.

Here’s a breakdown of the Joker Festival rewards:

  • 20 Points: Decal – Joker
  • 40 Points: 50 Donpa Tickets
  • 60 Points: 50 Donpa Tickets
  • 80 Points: Decal – Mask
  • 100 Points: 50 Donpa Tickets
  • 120 Points: 50 Donpa Tickets
  • 140 Points: Gadget – Handling Character Kit
  • 170 Points: 50 Donpa Tickets
  • 200 Points: 50 Donpa Tickets
  • 250 Points: Decal – Mona
  • 300 Points: 50 Donpa Tickets
  • 350 Points: Decal – Velvet Room
  • 400 Points: 50 Donpa Tickets
  • 450 Points: Horn – Persona!
  • 500 Points: 100 Donpa Tickets
  • 600 Points: Decal – Violet
  • 700 Points: 100 Donpa Tickets
  • 800 Points: Decal – The Phantoms
  • 900 Points: 100 Donpa Tickets
  • 1000 Points: Title – TAKE YOUR HEART

Beyond these milestones, every additional 100 points will reward you with 100 tickets, leading to an impressive collection if you perform well. Achieving a winning streak of two or more grants you the title “The Phantoms, ”complete with a Morgana-themed background.

If you consistently achieve approximately 70 points per round (which is ambitious!), you could expect to garner over 60 tickets per race. For those familiar with the ticket grind, that’s a substantial haul.

All festival participants earn the “Joker Festival”title, featuring a Morgana-themed background. Furthermore, elite standings in the top 1000, top 100, or top 10 will reward you with unique titles and an exclusive Joker background.

Loadouts

For optimal performance across different game modes, consider experimenting with a custom loadout. The Rental Plates tend to be subpar, and while your standard loadout may suffice for Tap Boost and Dash Panels, a specialized build might yield better results.

For Tap Boost, using any setup with Collision Boost gear should serve you well. Enhancing your acceleration and boost stats alongside it can lead to outstanding performance; however, a standard setup usually proves effective without getting too gimmicky, especially when combined with speed-focused combos.

When it comes to Ring Grab, gear from the Ring Bounty category can be particularly helpful. I recommend Start Boost Bounty and Air Trick Bounty, complemented by Air Trick Adept and Air Trick Expert. This combination not only grants you a solid starting 30 rings but can also increase your ring count significantly while airborne.

For the Dash Panel mode, you might find it easier to participate without making loadout adjustments. However, I enjoyed utilizing the Dash Panel Combo gadget alongside a Ring Boost Mini. Skill remains the top factor for enhancing your score, yet common occurrences of Dash Frenzy during this mode can be strategically exploited for maximum gain.
