Staff at the hotel also noted that Liam’s room was found in total disarray, with multiple items damaged, and they recovered several packets of medication, including Clonazepam, as well as over-the-counter drugs, alongside his passport and a notebook.

Just two weeks prior, on October 2, 2024, Liam was seen at a concert for his bandmate Niall Horan in Buenos Aires. Ahead of the event, he shared a message on Snapchat expressing his desire to “square up”some things with Niall, stating:

“It’s been a while since me and Niall have spoken. We’ve got a lot to talk about. And I would like to square up a couple of things with the boy. No bad vibes or anything like that. But just, um, we need to talk.”
