Locating Agura No Hotei-Sama in Silent Hill f
To find the Agura No Hotei-Sama, you must proceed to Chapter 9 during your New Game Plus run while exploring the Main Hall of the Dark Shrine (set in the Otherworld).This area becomes accessible when you visit the Dark Shrine for the fourth time.
In your initial playthrough of Silent Hill f, the Main Hall is pivotal as it is where Hinako completes the three-stage ritual to acquire crucial items like the Fox Arm, Kudzu Emblem, and Fox Mask. In contrast, during New Game Plus, players have immediate access to these abilities, allowing for unrestricted exploration of the Main Hall.
To locate the Agura No Hotei-Sama, traverse the hallway where you initially acquired the Kudzu Emblem. Begin by heading through the door located on the eastern side of the Main Hall’s starting area.
Once you enter the indicated door, take your first left and ascend the two flights of stairs to discover a room characterized by broken floorboards. Navigate around the broken sections to find a wall adorned with a symbol. Activate your Kudzu Emblem ability to destroy this wall, which will unveil a passage leading further into the game.
Proceed through the newly exposed area, known as the Hermitage of Crimson Water. Continue upward until you arrive at a large building, where you will encounter the Hotei-sama seated cross-legged. This is the essential Agura No Hotei-Sama required for the Fox’s Wedding ending.
Utilizing the Agura No Hotei-Sama
It’s important to note that the Agura No Hotei-Sama cannot be actively used in Silent Hill f; having it in your possession is sufficient to unlock the *Fox’s Wedding* ending. However, players should be aware that there are additional requirements for this ending.
One major prerequisite is to avoid collecting any Red Capsules throughout your journey. To ensure you don’t pick any up, simply refrain from interacting with them when encountered. If you inadvertently obtain Red Capsules, be sure to discard them immediately, as this will help prevent unintentional use during critical moments in combat, particularly when healing.
Additionally, players must either purify the Sacred Sword or choose not to acquire it at all to fulfill the necessary conditions for the Fox’s Wedding ending.
