If you’re a first-time user, ensure your app is updated via the Galaxy Store. After that, return to the lock screen, long-press an empty section, and tap Customize. Choose an outlined widget area and add Glance AI to your screen.

Once the Glance AI tool loads, tap Get Started. You can either take a selfie or upload one from your gallery which will allow the app to create various outfit simulations for you.

For optimal results, take your selfie in bright lighting—natural sunlight works exceptionally well. A full-body selfie isn’t required!

Next, identify your gender; currently, the app supports male and female options, with more inclusivity to follow. Then, select your body type and proceed with your hair length and ethnicity details. Confirm your choices by tapping Continue.

Be sure to read the consent form meticulously before moving forward, as you will share your image with the platform. While your sensitive data remains confidential, you have the option to delete images at any time. Moreover, images inactive for over a year will be automatically erased.

Update Your Lock Screen with New Imagery

If you’re not keen on tapping the Glance AI icon for outfit previews, you can enhance your lock screen with the generated AI imagery by replacing your existing image.

Simply long-press on an empty section of the screen and select Customize. Click on the Image circle, choosing the glance ai option. This customization is applicable to any lock screen template available within the app. Finish by tapping Apply at the top right to confirm your selection.

Removing Your Images

If you’re ready to clean up, you have two choices for deleting images: upload a new one (potentially just a blank image) or remove your entire Glance AI account.

Navigate to the Glance AI style tool, tapping the menu icon atop the screen to access account settings. Choosing Generate for a New Image will delete all current data, whereas scrolling to the bottom of the settings page allows you to select Delete Account.
