The upcoming drama adaptation titled Love Me is generating considerable excitement, with notable actors Seo Hyun-jin, Chang-Ryul, and TWICE’s Dahyun being considered for leading roles. According to a report by Sports World on November 5, these three talents have been approached to star in the Korean remake of the acclaimed 2019 Swedish series. The adaptation will be crafted by seasoned writers Park Eun-young and Park Hee-kwon, who previously collaborated on successful projects like The Third Charm and I Have Not Done My Best Yet.

Seo Hyun-jin is rumored to be in discussions for the role of Seo Joon-kyung, a seemingly perfect Obstetrics and Gynecology doctor grappling with profound feelings of isolation. Her character promises a compelling journey of personal growth as she forges new connections and confronts long-buried emotions. Her agency, Management SOOP, has confirmed that she is “positively reviewing”the role, heightening anticipation among fans eager to see her embody this intricate character.
In addition, Chang-Ryul is considering the role of Joo Do-hyun, a music director who becomes Seo Joon-kyung’s love interest. This character is expected to add depth to the narrative as he navigates the complexities of his relationship with Seo Joon-kyung. Chang-Ryul’s agency, Management mmm, also mentioned that he is “positively reviewing”the offer, suggesting that he may soon take on this pivotal role.
Meanwhile, TWICE’s Dahyun has reportedly been offered the character of Yoon Sol, a confident leader of a dance crew who is well-loved for her bold demeanor and balanced approach to love and career. If she accepts the role, it will be her first significant venture into television drama, following her recent acting debut in the films You Are the Apple of My Eye and Sprint.
