Sean “Diddy” Combs Faces Assault Allegations from 10-Year-Old Boy and 17-Year-Old ‘Making the Band’ Contestant in Recent Lawsuits

Sean Diddy Combs finds himself in a deepening legal quagmire, with fresh allegations surfacing that he drugged and raped a 10-year-old boy during the mid-2000s.

According to USA Today, a new complaint was lodged in the New York Supreme Court on Monday, October 28, 2024, by an individual who wishes to remain anonymous, identified only as John Doe.

The lawsuit asserts that John Doe, who now resides in California, first encountered Combs in 2005 through a consultant while pursuing aspirations of becoming an artist and actor.

The allegations detail how, during an audition for Diddy, the young boy was presented with a laced drink by a member of Combs’ entourage, leading to him losing consciousness and reportedly being assaulted by the rapper.

Upon regaining consciousness, the boy stated that Combs threatened to harm his parents if he ever spoke about the incident. Additionally, this isn’t the only recent case against Diddy.

Alongside John Doe, a second lawsuit has emerged from a 17-year-old who alleges he was sexually abused by Combs.

This additional lawsuit claims that during a three-day audition process for “Making the Band,”a TV show produced by Combs, the rapper coerced the teen into sexual acts.

To provide some context, Diddy is already facing multiple charges, including accusations of sexual abuse, racketeering, trafficking, and fraud, and has been held without bail since his arrest on September 16, 2024, in New York following a grand jury’s indictment.

Legal Challenges Worsen as Diddy Faces Two New Complaints from Minors

The legal woes for Diddy have intensified with these two new lawsuits alleging sexual abuse of minors, adding significant strain to the music mogul’s ongoing legal battles.

In the lawsuit filed by the 17-year-old, it is claimed that Diddy groped the minor’s genitals and engaged in masturbation in front of him during the first day of auditions. The anonymous complainant stated that on the second day, he was allegedly forced to perform oral sex, both on Combs and his bodyguard.

The lawsuit indicates that Diddy threatened the minor, implying that he would be “keeping an eye” on him due to the discomfort he perceived from the teenager.

It should be noted that both John Does are represented by attorney Tony Buzbee, who is advocating for 120 other accusers who have previously leveled claims of sexual and physical abuse against Combs.

As reported by People Magazine, Buzbee commented:

“Both were aspiring to break into the music industry and were told that Combs could assist them. One alleged victim was only ten at the time of the claimed abuse, while the other was seventeen. We will allow the allegations in the submitted complaints to make their case and strive for justice.”

Buzbee also added:

“We will persist in filing cases on a weekly basis, naming Mr. Combs and other parties as defendants while we continue our evidence gathering and prepare additional filings.”

In response, lawyers for Diddy categorically denied the new allegations, issuing a statement to People Magazine:

“The attorney behind this lawsuit seems more interested in attracting media attention than uncovering the truth, as evident from his frequent press engagements and his 1-800 number. As we have previously stated, Mr. Combs cannot engage with every new media spectacle, particularly against claims that are evidently baseless or clearly false.”

The legal team continued:

“Mr. Combs and his legal representatives have complete faith in the facts and the integrity of the judicial proceedings. The truth will be revealed in court: Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—regardless of age or gender.”

With more lawsuits mounting against Combs, the legal landscape for the rapper has become increasingly complex, especially as he has consistently been denied bail on grounds of being a flight risk.

Currently, he is detained at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center while awaiting trial, set to commence on May 5, 2025.
