Alongside the TVA staff, allies such as Gwen Stacy’s Ghost-Spider, a variant of Gambit, Wolverine’s son Jimmy Hudson, and Peggy Carter’s Captain Britain will take on the powerful witch who has already proven capable of defeating multiple superheroes.

Given that this Scarlet Witch has previously bested a variant of Peggy Carter—also known as Captain Carter—viewers can anticipate a gripping new encounter between the TVA’s Captain Britain and the Scarlet Witch. Given earlier nods to characters like Deadpool and Wolverine, Wanda’s role as the villain called The Madness seems to direct reference the chaos she unleashed in Doctor Strange.

There is a possibility that the version of Wanda depicted on Pérez’s cover may not be the authentic MCU Scarlet Witch but rather a deceptive manifestation or a variant from another realm within the Marvel multiverse.
