Samsung is set to launch its highly anticipated triple-folding smartphone, named the Galaxy Z TriFold, during the ongoing APEC summit held in Gyeongju, South Korea.

Increased Security Measures at Samsung’s APEC Booth Prior to Galaxy Z TriFold Launch

As reported by the South Korean news outlet Hankyung, Samsung has implemented enhanced security protocols at its APEC exhibition space. This includes the deployment of security personnel positioned at the entrance of the booth to ensure a smooth rollout of the Galaxy Z TriFold.

The eagerly awaited device will make its official debut on October 28 during the “K-Tech Showcase, ”a special event associated with the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit.

Recently, it has been disclosed that attendees of the APEC event won’t have the opportunity to handle the Galaxy Z TriFold directly. Instead, the smartphone will be showcased behind glass, limiting hands-on experiences for visitors.

Specifications of the Galaxy Z TriFold

The Galaxy Z TriFold is generating buzz not only for its groundbreaking design but also for its impressive technical specifications, which are expected to include:

  2. A 10-inch OLED inner display (an upgrade from the Galaxy Fold 7’s 8-inch screen) paired with a 6.5-inch outer display.
