Roxanne Perez put through a table by current champion at WWE show

During a WWE NXT match, Roxanne Perez’s attempt to attack a former champion backfired and she was ultimately put through a table.

Since her victory over Becky Lynch for the NXT Women’s Championship, Lyra Valkyria has displayed her dominance as a champion. She has successfully defended her title against some of the most notable competitors on the roster. However, her upcoming match at NXT Stand & Deliver against Roxanne Perez will be her biggest challenge yet. The animosity between the two intensified when Perez caused a serious injury to Lyra’s arm a few weeks ago.

On tonight’s episode of NXT, Lyra Valkyria and Perez were both scheduled to appear as guests on Noam Dar’s Supernova Sessions. During the segment, Valkyria accused Perez of constantly placing blame on others for her own defeats.

Lyra pointed out that just over a year ago, Perez became champion by surprising Mandy Rose, similar to Lola Vice’s victory on NXT Vengeance Day. Roxanne mentioned that losing the title had made her more dangerous, to which Lyra responded that Valkyria always wins while Perez tends to complain. Perez admitted to having a lot of pent-up anger, and in the heat of the moment, she slapped the champion. Lyra quickly intervened and forcefully slammed her onto the coffee table.

It will be intriguing to witness if Lyra Valkyria is able to elicit this fierce aspect in her upcoming match against Roxanne Perez.
