Speculation on Seth Rollins’ potential betrayal of Cody Rhodes in his ongoing feud against The Rock and Roman Reigns
Bill Apter recently talked about the conclusion of Monday Night RAW, raising doubts about the potential betrayal of Cody Rhodes by Seth Rollins.
The highlight of RAW was the match between Jey Uso and Shinsuke Nakamura, where The Bloodline once again asserted their dominance. Rollins and Cody Rhodes swiftly handled Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso, but their victory was short-lived as Drew McIntyre intervened and took out The Visionary. Meanwhile, backstage, The Rock launched a brutal attack on Rhodes while he was occupied with fending off Solo and Jimmy.
“At the end of it, when it went off TV, here’s the question going toward WrestleMania,”Apter said. “Seth Rollins was in that building. Why didn’t he come out and rescue Cody? That leaves a question in my mind for Cody and Seth Rollins tag-teaming.”
On the first night of WrestleMania 40, The Rock and Roman Reigns are scheduled to take on Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins. If The Bloodline emerges victorious, it would create a more challenging situation for The American Nightmare on the second night of WrestleMania 40, as he is slated to challenge Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.
