Highlights from the Premiere Episode of Love Is Blind Habibi

As the premiere kicked off, the participants were welcomed to their living arrangements, which separated men and women. The hosts laid down the rules for the contestants of Love Is Blind Habibi, emphasizing the need for emotional connections despite their diverse nationalities.

Interactions within the pods led to unexpected exchanges. Notably, Karim’s question to Nour about her views on polygamy stirred some tension.

Similarly, Khatab found himself in a disagreement with a female contestant but later reconciled by agreeing to avoid further interaction.

Dounia, who has been single her entire life due to emotional barriers, connected with Chafic over their shared experiences in French education, despite their limited Arabic skills.

As their conversation unfolded, Dounia commended Chafic, and they discovered numerous commonalities, eliciting praise from other contestants such as Nour and Hajar for Chafic’s captivating French accent. Ammar also won over Karma with his singing talent, prompting her to wonder aloud, “Are you the man of my dreams?”Later, Ammar humorously requested Chafic to keep his distance from Karma, which Chafic readily accepted.

Introducing himself as a former ladies’ man now seeking true love, Mohammad expressed a strong attraction to Safa, who, in turn, captivated Karim with her openness about her father’s passing. Karim, although younger than Safa, reassured her that age was irrelevant to him as they formed a strong emotional bond.

Later on, Karma and Ammar reunited. Ammar gifted Karma songs that touched her heart, leading to playful banter between them about a potential love connection.

“What I appreciate most about Ammar is his sense of humor. He brings me so much joy during our time together. Karamella has fallen in love,”declared Karma.

Chafic then ventured into the pods, expecting an unexpected date with a randomly selected contestant. To his surprise, it was Karma, leading him to apologize as he exited, claiming he did not want to betray Ammar despite his interest.

Meanwhile, Safa learned that both Mohammad and Karma had developed feelings for her. Simo, however, struggled to connect, even walking away mid-conversation. Although Hajar found common ground with him, Simo felt a stronger connection with Yasmin due to their similar childhood experiences.

The episode concluded with a suspenseful cliffhanger regarding Ammar and Karma’s budding romance, as she admitted to feeling overwhelmed too soon, leading her to “get cold feet.”You can catch all nine episodes of Love Is Blind Habibi on Netflix.
