Ray J Reveals 8 People Attacked Him in Altercation Involving Diddy’s Sons, Thanks Chris for the Support

On October 26, Sean “Diddy”Combs’ sons, Quincy Brown, Justin Combs, and Christian Combs, became the center of attention following a confrontation with R&B artist Ray J after a Halloween celebration in Los Angeles.

In the aftermath of this incident, Ray J participated in a live Zoom call with Wack 100 on October 29, where he confirmed the scuffle, disclosing that he was “rushed”by eight individuals during the clash with Diddy’s sons. The “Raydemption”rapper also mentioned the presence of Chris Brown, who came to his aid amid the altercation.

“I just attempted to reason with what transpired… Thankfully, Chris was around,”Ray J stated.

When Wack 100 suggested discussing “other issues” surrounding the incident, Ray J requested him to refrain from doing so, citing that Diddy’s sons were “too young”and he implied that he distanced himself from the fray before matters escalated.

Contrary to Ray J’s plea, Wack 100 expressed discomfort with the situation. He declined to suppress the narrative, noting that it was “already circulating”due to the live stream format. He later warned Quincy, Justin, and Christian to act appropriately, stating, “It’s on. If we encounter you, remember it’s 1995.”

Diddy’s three sons, Quincy Brown, 33; Justin Combs, 30; and Christian Combs, 26, were at Unruly Agency CEO Tara Electra’s Halloween Party in Los Angeles on October 26, where several prominent figures from the music industry, including Ray J and Chris Brown, were also in attendance.

While the celebration was described as a “lively atmosphere,”as reported by Page Six, tensions escalated into a confrontation in the parking lot between Diddy’s offspring and Ray J. Reports indicate that Ray J was “jumped”by the Combs brothers, who were accompanied by his manager David Weintraub and rumored girlfriend, model Amber Rose.

An insider shared with the outlet that Diddy’s children began to provoke Ray J after the festivities concluded, all while he attempted to ignore them. They eventually surrounded him, attempting to issue chest bumps, which led to Chris Brown stepping in with Weintraub to prevent further escalation.

Sources claim that the brothers approached Ray J due to comments he made regarding their father, noting this wasn’t their first encounter as they had confronted him on three previous occasions.

“Ray J stands firm on his opinions, yet he hasn’t made negative statements concerning Diddy’s circumstances,”the insider conveyed to Page Six.

Currently, Sean Combs is detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn on multiple federal charges, including conspiracy to commit racketeering, sexual trafficking by force, fraud, and coercion, as well as transportation to engage in prostitution. Despite pleading not guilty, he has been denied bail on several occasions, and his trial is set to commence on May 5, 2025.

Earlier this month, Diddy’s sons, along with his daughters Chance Combs, 18, and twins Jessie and D’Lila, 17, shared a heartfelt message on Instagram alongside a family photograph, stating:

Ray J’s Recent Remarks on Diddy’s Current Legal Troubles

In September 2024, Ray J spoke with NewsNation anchor Brian Entin, mentioning that numerous celebrities might face exposure amidst the unfolding Diddy situation.

“Having been around for a while, I understand that where there’s smoke, there’s often fire. In our industry, many powerful figures control decisions, creating a precarious situation. When one element collapses, it can bring the whole structure down,”the rapper expressed.

He further suggested that many high-profile individuals might be caught up in the Diddy controversy, leading to potential exposure or resignations.

Previously, in April, Ray J made similar assertions during a conversation with TMZ concerning the escalating allegations and lawsuits against Diddy, particularly following federal raids on Combs’ residences in Miami and Los Angeles connected to trafficking investigations. Over the previous months, he has consistently made public statements and videos critiquing the founder of Bad Boy Records.
