As with many titles in the Shin Megami Tensei franchise, RAIDOU Remastered immerses players in the intricate world of demon summoning and fusion. Players are tasked with capturing demons during combat or melding two together to forge a new entity boasting superior attributes, abilities, and passive traits.
I personally embraced the fusion mechanics, reveling in the thrill of escalating stats while aiming for the coveted trophy associated with completing the Devil Chart. However, one particularly elusive demon escaped my grasp until I was deep into the final Episode of the game. This demon? Beelzebub.
The opportunity to encounter Beelzebub finally emerged through a Case File promise: fusion unlock if I completed the necessary steps. But make no mistake—claiming this reward demands some effort, starting with the completion of three prior challenges. For those eager to learn how to effectively fuse Beelzebub in RAIDOU Remastered, read on!
How to Fuse Beelzebub

As you commence the last Episode, a new Case File titled No.43: The Final Act will unlock, allowing you to attempt Beelzebub’s fusion. Yet, your journey starts with the completion of three preceding Case Files called Trial of a Hundred Demons.
Trial of a Hundred Demons (Part 1)

Your journey begins in Episode 6 with No.27: Trial of a Hundred Demons (Part 1), located in Training Hall B5. Here, you will engage in a challenge against a hundred demons, which are surprisingly weak and easily dispatched.
Worry not about conserving resources, as these foes are essentially paper-thin, allowing for straightforward slashing and recovery of MAG on the go. Successfully completing this trial awards you the Phantom Skull key item.
Trial of a Hundred Demons (Part 2)

The second challenge surfaces during Episode 10 within Training Hall B7. A riddle introduces this Trial, stating it begins “when the light overhead is hidden, ”which hints that it will only commence during a New Moon. Explore the area until the moon is obscured and the trial begins.
Similar to the first trial, you will again face a hundred demons. If you have unlocked Area of Effect (AoE) skills for Raidou, such as Heat Wave and Carom Striker, this challenge will feel like a breeze. Completing this part rewards you with the Tyrant Spawn key item.
Trial of a Hundred Demons (Part 3)

In Episode 11, your final trial awaits on floor B9, where you will undergo yet another gauntlet against a hundred demons. The prompt “Make for the northeast when the light overhead waxes circular”indicates that this trial activates during a full moon.
While the demons here remain weak, be cautious—they can inflict various status ailments that may overwhelm you if not managed well. Upon victory, you will obtain the Emblem of Hell, granting you access to the upcoming Final Act.
Best Strategy to Defeat Beelzebub
Once you embark on Case File No.43: The Final Act, navigate to the top level of the Training Hall as directed by the quest marker. Engaging in an opening dialogue, select “Yes, I have”when prompted to present your three earned Key Items.
Before facing Beelzebub, ensure you have demons equipped with Force spells (the Wind element) and Ice resistance. The battle opens with a warm-up against three Level 63 Ukobach and three Level 74 Nebiros, where both foes are easy to handle—especially since Ukobach is the first demon you encounter.
Nebiros, on the other hand, can be slightly more troublesome but are vulnerable to Force spells, making them manageable. Following this encounter, you’ll confront another wave featuring a Level 75 Beelzebub. While the fight isn’t particularly challenging, it can feel prolonged.

Spamming your Force spells and avoiding attacks should lead to victory—Beelzebub occasionally uses Megido, but this ability is easy to dodge. Just be mindful that your demons may absorb damage; protect them using the left stick or the designated keyboard hotkey.
Victorious at Level 68, having utilized Spirit Skill twice during the encounter, you will complete Case File No.43 and unlock the capacity to fuse Beelzebub at the Goumaden. Remember, you must achieve Level 80 before the fusion can be executed.
Defeating Beelzebub doesn’t just advance the storyline; it also rewards you with the Demon’s Terror trophy for your triumph at the Training Hall’s end, and you’ll earn the Silver-Tongued Devil trophy when Beelzebub becomes part of your collection.
