Executing a finishing move with a Critical Shot is beneficial, even if you haven’t upgraded it to level 3 or acquired specific mods yet. Here are two compelling reasons to utilize this ability frequently:

Defeated bots yield additional Lunafilament. This rewards players with essential materials for upgrading weapons, abilities, and hacking nodes swiftly and efficiently.
Invincibility during executions. The finishing move grants complete invulnerability, providing a brief respite from enemy attacks, especially valuable in challenging situations.

Unlocking Critical Shot: A Guide

You can unlock the Critical Shot ability after finishing Sector 01: Solar Power Plant. To access it, head to the Shelter, visit the Unit Printer, and navigate to the Abilities Tab. The ability requires 1 Pure Lunum to activate.

Steps to Execute Critical Shot

Inflict damage on the enemy until it enters critical health, prompting the Critical Shot hacking node to show up on the Hacking Matrix.
Access the Hacking Matrix and successfully complete the hack to knock the enemy down.
