Niantic has recently unveiled the exciting details of the upcoming Pokemon GO “Beloved Buddies”event. This event is set to spotlight Dhelmise, a new Ghost/Grass-type Pokemon, allowing players to engage in thrilling raids and catch a wide variety of Pokemon.
February 2025 is shaping up to be an action-packed month for Pokemon GO fans. Following the “Small Yet Strong”event, which concludes on February 8, players can anticipate additional surprises, including the next Community Day and a themed Raid Day for Hoopa Unbound. These events will introduce Field Research tasks and opportunities to earn valuable rewards such as increased XP boosts and Candy drops.

Additionally, Mega Tyranitar will make its anticipated return during the Beloved Buddies event. Players can also look forward to various one-star and five-star raids featuring Pokemon such as Shellder, Dwebble, Skrelp, and Enamorus (Incarnate Form).Furthermore, Tandemaus will be available exclusively through Field Research tasks, which provide an exciting chance to earn even more Stardust and other rewards.
Leading into the Beloved Buddies festivities, trainers can participate in the February 2025 Community Day, where they can potentially catch Shiny Karrablast and Shelmet. By evolving either one before February 16, players will secure a Pokemon that knows an exclusive Charged Attack. This Community Day also offers generous bonuses, including triple XP and double Candy drops, presenting a perfect opportunity to gear up for the upcoming Beloved Buddies event.
