PNY has unveiled an exciting addition to its lineup of graphics cards with the launch of the GeForce RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 Iron Core series, alongside the compact GeForce RTX 5060 models featuring a single fan.
Introducing the Iron Core Series: PNY’s Latest Graphics Innovations
As part of its 40th anniversary celebration, PNY has introduced its latest Iron Core series. These new graphics cards build on the established high-end RTX 50 series aesthetic but feature a striking all-chrome design that exudes premium quality. The GeForce RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 models are not only visually appealing but are also equipped with RGB LED lighting and a robust triple-fan cooling system. With a thickness of three slots, these GPUs promise superior thermal performance.

Each card is powered by a single 16-pin (12V-2×6) connector. While the prototypes currently on display at the exhibition may attract fingerprints on their shiny surfaces, PNY assures that the retail versions will feature a special coating designed to minimize this issue.

Additionally, PNY is showcasing the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Iron Core, which features a blower-style design in an accessible dual-slot form factor. While it forgoes RGB lighting to cater to the AI segment, the card is equipped with a full-coverage backplate that enhances its aesthetic appeal. Notably, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang visited the PNY booth to endorse these units, hinting at their potential value in the market. Furthermore, collectors should be aware that the Iron Core series will be produced in a limited edition, likely resulting in premium pricing.

Lastly, PNY is also presenting its new NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 series graphics cards, which include both a dual-fan variant and a compact single-fan model designed for Mini-ITX setups. The latter is remarkably compact, featuring a dual-slot form factor and an 8-pin connector. With a competitive MSRP of $299, this series is generating significant interest in the market. We eagerly anticipate the release of these innovative Iron Core series graphics cards later this year.
