The highly anticipated version 2.2 patch of Zenless Zone Zero is set to introduce a new playable character, Seed, who hails from the Obol Squad. For more insights, HoYoVerse revealed additional information on HoYoLab and showcased Seed’s voice acting in a YouTube Short.
A Familiar Character: Seed’s Backstory
Interestingly, players may recognize Seed, as she has made prior appearances in the Zenless Zone Zero narrative. In version 2.1, she was featured prominently in the “Impending Crash of Waves” storyline, hinting at her pivotal role within the game’s dynamic world.
