Persona 3 Reload for Switch 2 Now Available
In exciting news for JRPG fans, the official Japanese website for Persona 3 Reload on Nintendo Switch 2 has launched following the latest Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase. Among the details revealed, the physical edition will utilize a game-key card format, as confirmed in the packaging visuals, although updates for the US site have yet to be made.
Game-Key Card Format Explained
It’s essential to note that titles released as game-key cards do not house the entire game on the cartridge itself. Owners of the physical copy of Persona 3 Reload will need to download significant data—specifically, around 25.4GB for the base game, excluding potential updates. Players must also keep the game cartridge inserted in their consoles for access to the JRPG, a point that was overlooked during its reveal in the Nintendo Direct presentation.
