Palworld releases first Raid Boss, announces “more content-packed update” release window
The highly anticipated Raid Boss, Bellanoir, has finally made its debut in Palworld. This major update, released on April 4, brings the game’s first major content update and introduces players to this powerful adversary. Although Bellanoir is a formidable opponent, it cannot be captured through the raids.
The developers have announced their plans for a “summer 2024″release of a “more extensive and content-rich update”for the game.
New Features and Improvements in Today’s Palworld Update (April 4)
With the latest update, the first Raid Boss in Palworld, Bellanoir, is now available for players to summon at the new Summoning Altar. According to the patch notes, it is not possible to capture the Raid Boss during Palworld Raid battles.
In addition, there exists an “extreme”edition that boasts immense strength and formidable opponents. Bellanoir serves as the player’s ultimate challenge, truly testing their abilities. Once it is prepared, we will provide the raid guide here.
In addition, the recent Palworld April 4 update has introduced several new items. These include useful tools such as the Training Manual, which allows players to give Pals experience points, the Ancient Technical Manual, which grants ancient technology points to Pals, the Homeward Thundercloud, which instantly teleports players to their nearest base, and the Ring of Mercy, preventing enemy HP from dropping below 1. There are also other items available for players to discover.
Revamped User Interface and Fundamental Modifications
A feature I particularly appreciate in this patch is the ability to view the number of captured Pals when targeting them with a Pal Sphere. While seemingly small, this modification offers clarity in every encounter, helping me decide whether or not to capture a Pal.
Additionally, Pals can now view their Partner Skill cooldown on the main screen. A convenient update allows for crafted items to be moved from facilities to chests by Pals, as long as “allow transport”is selected. Furthermore, Pals can be directed to continue working during breaks by tossing them towards a facility.
Additionally, the April 4 patch notes for Palworld include numerous bug fixes and gameplay-related alterations.
