The Minecraft Live event is fast approaching, and the excitement among fans is palpable. There is widespread anticipation for the upcoming updates that promise to introduce new mobs and biome features, particularly in underdeveloped regions such as the End Dimension. A recent leak discovered on Mojang Studios’ website has sparked intriguing ideas and speculation within the community. Players are eagerly awaiting significant updates for the End dimension, while others are hoping for a new “horror” themed update.
A Minecraft enthusiast and Reddit user known as u/aCactusOfManyNames shared a screenshot of the game on the subreddit, showcasing the now-removed webpage of Minecraft Live. This page highlighted a “pale garden” and its associated hostile mob—the “creaking.”However, this was a mistake on Mojang’s part, as the page was taken down a mere 20 minutes after it was found.
Mojang just accidentally leaked an upcoming mob and biome, as well as an “immersive experience” by u/aCactusOfManyNames in Minecraft
In response to this leak, user u/ReturnOfTheSeal remarked:
“Pale garden… creaking… I don’t believe that’s going to be an overworld biome. Perhaps a Nether or End biome?”
Other Reddit users shared their thoughts on what the new mob could entail. User u/hallozagreus speculated that the creaking sound might indicate a wooden golem that acts as a protector of a garden.

User u/OnlyMyOpinions proposed that Mojang Studios might introduce a new cave biome that serves as a contrast to the deep dark region. To this, user u/TheCrafterTigery replied that an underground garden featuring a sinister mob would be an exciting addition.
User u/MrPigeon70 humorously pointed out that the End is already pale in appearance, suggesting that the new hostile mob may reside in the End dimension. Similarly, u/Iron_Eagl claimed that “pale garden”sounds like it could be related to the End dimension.
Minecraft Live May Unveil the End Update
Recently, Mojang Studios announced a shift in their update strategy, transitioning to smaller, more frequent updates instead of their previous model of one major update per year. They also revealed that Minecraft Live will occur biannually.
These modifications suggest that the development team is eager to introduce more content into the game. Notably, the End dimension urgently requires substantial updates, and the forthcoming event could reveal enhancements related to it.
The “creaking” sound might point toward a new mob for underground areas like caves and abandoned mineshafts. We will have to wait until September 28 to see what Mojang Studios has planned for the Minecraft Live event.
