TXT Shares Support with BTS’ Jin Ahead of Comebacks
On November 4, 2024, TXT revealed during a press conference for their concert ACT: PROMISE ENCORE IN SEOUL that they recently enjoyed a meal with BTS member Jin. Their gathering occurred prior to both groups’ highly anticipated comebacks, allowing for the exchange of encouraging words and camaraderie.
Hueningkai from TXT shared: “We had a meal with Jin sunbaenim and while we were eating, we discussed various topics. He talked about his upcoming comeback, and we expressed our sincere support. We truly believe it will go wonderfully, and we also expressed our gratitude. Jin sunbaenim has already set the stage with the pre-release track ‘I’ll Be There,’ and we’ve been preparing diligently for our own comeback.”
In addition, member Beomgyu mentioned his communication with Jin, highlighting his praise for the solo artist’s recent work. Jin’s pre-release track was unveiled on October 25, 2024, marking his return two years after his first solo single, ‘The Astronaut,’ released on October 28, 2022. Fans are eagerly looking forward to his debut solo album, entitled Happy, which is set for release on November 15, 2024.
Beomgyu elaborated, “I actually reached out to Seokjin (Jin’s real name) today. I complimented him on how incredible his pre-release track is and conveyed my excitement for the upcoming album. He knew we were having a concert today and sent us a supportive message wishing us well. He also expressed how much he anticipates our album release tomorrow.”
TXT’s Latest Release: THE STAR CHAPTER: SANCTUARY
On November 4, 2024, TXT launched their seventh mini-album, titled THE STAR CHAPTER: SANCTUARY, featuring the title track ‘Over The Moon.’ This vibrant release follows their successful April 2024 mini-album, MINISODE 3: TOMORROW.
Comprising six tracks, this latest album showcases the group’s remarkable falsetto, relatable lyrics, and R&B-infused harmonies. TXT’s signature blend of pop and rock elements is enhanced with a dash of experimental electronic sounds, creating an innovative audio experience.
Thematically, THE STAR CHAPTER: SANCTUARY delves into nuances of love, desire, and self-discovery. The group ventures into more mature emotional territories, encapsulating both the innocence and complexities distinctive to young adulthood. Their artistic journey aims to find a “sanctuary” within themselves—a refuge from the stresses associated with growing up.
